Four production systems in the partners’ weekly rotation, all on the Anthropic API and Claude Code: sourcing and scoring against a 4,000+-company taxonomy, weekly traction monitoring, tear sheets before every founder call, and a verification layer that catches hallucinated quotes before anyone reads them.

How I defend a number

Take the $0K program. A typical matter at these firms bills around $0. The model showed attorneys that four to five added matters a year cleared payback inside year one, before any efficiency gains. I wrote the playbook by practice area, so the same case held for criminal defense, immigration, family, estate, and personal injury.

The number survived the room because the assumption under it was a number the buyer already believed.
